We produce parts for chemical machines, food machines, construction hardware, heat-treatment equipment, hydro-pneumatic machines, marine hardware, kitchenware, hardware tools, metal instruments, sports equipment, measuring equipment and automobile spare parts. At present, more than 95% of our products are exported to Europe, USA, Japan, and Korea, more than 20 countries around the world. Currently, Hainel has two silica sol investment casting production lines with a monthly production capacity of 300 tons, one robot machines polishing production line with a monthly polishing capacity of about 200,000 pieces, and another hand polishing production line with a monthly polishing capacity of about 200,000 pieces. It means that current Hainel can finish 400,000 pieces of surface treatment parts, 200,000 pieces of precision machined parts and also 50 sets of investment casting toolings per month.
